Teknonom Production planning, SAP S4HANAI have a general knowledge about SAP and a specialized experience within various SAP applications, which covers implementations, upgrades, roll-outs and enhancements.
I have especially detailed knowledge within the procurement area (P2P), this covers all aspect of procurement and procurement projects including authorizations, this include following SAP modules/applications SAP MM, SAP SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration), SAP SRM and SAP Screen Personas (front end development). I have furthermore experience within SAP GRC/ access control, this include rule management, firefighter and access control.
In those projects, I had different kind of responsibility, such as project manager, Architect and functional/technical Consultant.
As a consultant, I have covered the process from requirements gathering (workshops), technical specifications, customizing, test and roll-out and supporting end users.
I have extensive knowledge about SAP processes ECC and S4HANA. I have been responsible for several SAP projects within SAP MM, which cover processes like subcontracting, stock and stock transport processes.
I have more than 15 years of experience within SAP and have worked with various SAP applications which covers MM/IM(P2P) – SRM – SNC- PP – SD - Screen Personas and GRC.
As Project Manager, I have been responsible for the complete project from the initial phase to closure of the project. This includes communication to team members, steering committee and other stake holders.
It also includes Stakeholder analyze, Risk analyze, budgeting, As-Is / To-Be workshops, project planning and re-planning (if needed), conflict handling and project reporting (e.g. budget, project progress).
I am accustomed to work in an international environment with different cultures. I am observant regarding the different approaches and the different way of approach a project. I find it inspiring to work in an environment with multiple cultures.
I always keep a pragmatic angle to problem solving and always keep a clear focus on the business target.
I am a team player and openminded for new ideas, but I am also able to work independently.

Project history
S4HANA (greenfield) project, with responsible for the full scope withing P2P – from BPD to customize and test the final solution, the project covers all aspect of the retail/fashion procurement, from BPD to final testing and hand over of the system to the customer, this includes, among other things flexible workflow, inter/intra company flow, sub-contracting, PR, PO, MRP and invoice handling
The project has been a template roll-out of S4HANA (greenfield) and in this connection I was responsible for specific parts of the process of sub-contracting and planning of procurement related to steel procurement, in addition, I have been responsible for all aspects of procurement training
