Design team leader in VALEO Zebrak. Standard people management, planning and
prioritize design tasks with workload balance according to demands of project's teams.
Training of newcomers and continuous skills development of my team. Responsible for
parametric models, CAD and PLM data quality. Basic FEM analysis inhouse in Altair SW
and coordination of outsourcing analysis activity with simulation department in France /
India. K-User for PLM and CAD activities.
