Duties include:

* Understand the requirements and needs of a buyer/vendor during
the onboarding process.
* Monitoring buyer/vendor's compliance to DUBUY requirement.
* Responsible for working with buyer/vendor and/or the operations
team to resolve onboarding concerns, sales concerns, feedback,
and resolution.
* Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for
replenishing inventories. Monitoring buyer/vendor satisfaction
data and liaising with the buyers/vendor to take proactive
measures for improvement.

* Providing customer support subject matter expertise on existing
and new services where necessary.
* Standardized report preparation and sharing with Project
Manager.

* Regular reporting to highlight areas of activity / opportunity /
concern.
