Tasks:
* Evaluate initial GL Events integration capabilities (Talend, SAP PI, integration teams).
* Develop a request for proposal (RFP) for the choice of an IPaaS platform.
* Assess RFP answers from 5 integrators and 3 editors (Mulesoft, Informatica, Talend, Devoteam,
Smile, Cap4lab, Viseo, Keyrus)
* Develop general and technical architecture documents around Mulesoft.
* Define vision and deployment roadmap for Mulesoft.
* Define interoperability principles.
* Define a reusability strategy for APIs (KPIs, assets, scope, etc.).
* Validate best practices for API development.
* Define a Mulesoft DevOps strategy and deployment workflow (Azure DevOps).
* Define a high availability technical architecture for Mulesoft in production (load balancers,
certificates, etc.).
* Develop end-to-end test cases for Mulesoft and RCU (Zephyr Scale).
* Design APIs

Deliverables:
* Mulesoft Architecture Documents, Request For Proposal, Mulesoft vision and

o Enterprise Architect Manager reporting directly to the C.I.O

Tasks:
* Present the enterprise architecture roadmap to the CEO.
* Hire a technical architect and a functional architect.
* Assist in developing a technical architecture document for a retail ERP project.
* Formalize the existing information system.
* Establish an architecture committee.
* Define the usage of Boomi IPaaS.
* Define a plan for replacing Windev technologies.
* Supervise the development of an architecture document on the GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

Deliverables:
* Architecture Documents, Roadmaps.

o Project manager for Application Portfolio Management Tool deployment


Tasks:
* Evaluate different tools (ARIS, MEGA, Archimate).
* Organize the project by defining the necessary resources.
* Report to the C.I.O and the Director of Governance.
* Supervise the definition of a modeling convention.
* Oversee the deployment of the ARIS tool.
* Monitor budgets.
* Prioritize actions.
* Develop the architecture document for the ARIS tool (including connection to SSO).
* Conduct training for end-users.

Deliverables:
Project organization model, Flash report, Test strategy, Training Manual, ARIS IT Architect tool deployed
in production.




o Lead Enterprise Architect in the IT Governance Department

Tasks:
* Support in choosing an ERP tool (Dynamics 365).
* Develop general and technical architecture documents (CRM EPHAD Axelor, HRIS).
* Define technical flows and create flow opening tickets.
* Define principles, interoperability patterns, and rules for urbanization and architecture.
* Define the role of the enterprise architect in IT governance.
* Supervise and manage functional and technical architects.
* Frame interoperability topics for the ERP project (As-Is analysis, choice of an interoperability
platform).

* Architecture Documents, Architecture Principles, Interoperability Patterns.



o DevOps Architect and Software Factory Product Owner

Tasks:
* Develop the technical architecture documents for the tools of the software factory (Gitlab,
Sonarqube, Openshift, Nexus).
* Define the roadmap for the software factory adoption.
* Advocate for the adoption of DevOps in projects.
* Develop a Continuous Deployment architecture.
* Report to the C.I.O on DevOps adoption.
* Supervise the DevOps Engineers.
* Create technical User Stories for the DevOps Engineers, define their weight and prioritization.

Deliverables:
* Technical Architecture Document, Users Stories, Product Roadmap
