• Enhancement of reports for SD and PS: Queries and ALV Reports for Projects and Jobs.
• Used of Queries for conversion projects purposes such as: Inquiries, Quotations, Debit Memo
  Request, Sales Conditions, Rate Cards.
• Used of LSMW and BDC to update DMRs, Sales Conditions and Rate Cards.
• Involved in 3 global conversion projects due to the acquisition of 3 new companies and the roll out of the SAP Implementation for them.

• Developed reports for FI module such as: ALV Reports for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Added more functions to the sales orders Web Service. Improving sales orders creation BAPI to accept sales orders from a new document type.
• Adding functionalities to customs ABAP programs.?

Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) (June 2013 – October 2013)?
Project: SIEBEL to SAP Interface redesign
SAP ECC 6.0 and Oracle Siebel CRM.

InBev is the world's largest brewer company had operations in over 30 countries including DR and sales in over 130 countries. ?

Responsibilities:

• Created a transaction to upload Siebel CRM sales flat files to a custom SAP table.
• Created a transaction (Dynpro) to process manually files uploaded from Siebel. The process involved using SD, MM and FI BAPIs within SAP system. Reprocessing for erroneous files and assigning to responsible user by email for further treatment.
• Developed an ALV report for the Interface status so the user would be able to see the status of the data processing.
• Involved in unit tests, integral tests, production environment, documentation and support of the interface.

• Involved in creating a workflow recursive approval for purchase requisition, orders and contracts. Transactions: ME21N, ME51N and ME31K.?

• Involved in creating customs extractors to load the data from SAP R3 server to SAP BW Server. Creating and managing ODS, Infosets, MultiProviders, Conversion rules, InfoCubes and modeling data for BEx Querys requirements.
• Configured a Process Chain to load data dynamically to InfoCubes. Creating Querys (SAP BEx Analyzer and Query Designer) and Web Dashboard using SAP BEx, HTML and CSS3.

Marti LPG Group (September 2011 – May 2012)?

Marti LPG Group is one of the leading Gas and Oil Groups in Dominican Republic. ? ?
Responsibilities:

• Involved in developing a custom Interface (Dynpro) for processing daily sales orders, deliveries, invoices and accounting entries from external system to SAP. The interface uploads data to custom table in SAP to process it through transactions: VA01, VL01N, VF01 and FB04 using RFC, BAPIs, Function Modules and Web Services. (Modules SD, MM and FI)
• Developed an Interface to transfer the legacy system pre-paid tickets sales files to SAP and process it. Creating sales orders, invoices and accounting entries. Using: BAPIs, User-Exits and Dynpro.
• Developed daily sales report showing processed sales orders in the interface, commission of each daily sale for every salesman and Bank reconciliation report. (ALV, SD, MM and FI).
• Developed a SAP User Exit which changes the vendor position in accounting document for each sales order number processed in the interface for automatic compensation of open items. SDVFX008.
• Developed a SAP User Exit for batch number creation in Transaction MIGO. Using the same purchase order number to create the batch if not batch number was found. SAPLV01Z.
• SD Routine to transfer sales order number to accounting document. Using transaction VOFM. ?

Arkia Distributor is exclusive distributor of PARMALAT Milk among others beverages in Dominican Republic.?

• Developed a Bank reconciliation report to capture the Ending Bank Balance, Unadjusted G/L Balance, General Open items and Returned open items from G/L, Open items from Bank, Open items from Checks IS-CD and difference between Bank and G/L.
