At Genius Voice, I led a successful team in implementing advanced techniques for conversational data collection and semantic clustering across 17 Dutch municipalities, including Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Tilburg. My responsibilities included cleaning and fine-tuning training data to enhance intent classification model accuracy, developing and maintaining the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) pipeline, and Large Language Model (LLM) models.
I have a strong background in API development, having engineered Restful APIs with Sanic and FastAPI, packaged into Docker containers for seamless deployment. Managing the Docker containers and the CI/CD pipeline was a crucial aspect of my role, ensuring efficient and reliable operations. Additionally, I created and maintained a Salesforce adapter for live chat, facilitating smooth bot-to-human agent handovers.
As a co-founder and CTO of Genius Voice, my leadership emphasized collaboration and a "One commit at a time" approach. I played a key role in shaping and co-designing the system architecture, ensuring it is robust, flexible, and scalable. My strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in technological development have been instrumental in driving the success of Genius Voice.
