- Designing, developing, maintaining and enhancing the customer care, call center and admin portals, the IVR and SMS interface for Tesco Mobile, the leading virtual mobile network provider in the UK with more than 5 million customers

arvato direct services is Germany’s biggest operator of complete customer loyalty programs and CRM systems. DCO is responsible for the development and support of IT Backend for the projects of arvato direct services.
The team in Budapest participated in the following project ind an off-shore development model:
The development is use case driven, the software is covered with automated tests. The project life cycle is also fully defined in meta use cases.
My tasks were:
