Java software developer

I am a Java software developer with hands-on experience building backend systems for the banking and fintech sector. Currently, I work at Anor Bank in Uzbekistan, where I contribute to complex financial platforms including Mastercard and Visa card billing systems, CRM integrations, and payment processing solutions. My primary technology stack includes Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, and I use GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
In my role, I have developed robust backend features for high-stakes transactional systems, using reactive programming with Project Reactor (Mono/Flux) for performance and scalability. I frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, secure, and maintainable code in high-load environments. I have experience writing unit and integration tests, handling reversals, timeouts, and interacting with external services via REST and WebClient.
Beyond my professional work, I actively pursue side projects to deepen my knowledge. One such project is Harakat Media, a smart media system for taxis that uses GPS location and car metadata to dynamically display video ads to passengers. This project involves real-time location processing via WebSockets, spatial data handling with PostGIS, and fine-grained filtering based on car category, video priorities, display intervals, and geo-fenced areas. It also tracks ride distances and ad display durations for analytics.
I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Tashkent State University of Economics, where I will graduate in August 2025. Although my degree is in finance, I’ve developed a strong passion and practical experience in software development. This gives me a unique advantage: I understand both the technical and business sides of fintech systems.
I am deeply interested in backend architecture, scalable APIs, and clean software design. I’m constantly learning and currently improving my knowledge in areas like multithreading, design patterns, and performance optimization. I’ve also explored system analysis and data analytics and am open to projects that blend these skills with backend development.
