Technical Architect for BY Upgrade project for Heineken USA and Shoprite (Technical upgrade from 2019v Pvt. Cloud to 2022v Azure). Migrated customers from Private Cloud to Azure, assessed E2E changes, converted batch scripts to shell and SQL scripts, redesigned Control-M templates, prepared and performed SIT test cases, supported UAT and hyper care, and provided permanent fixes for SCPO platform issues.
