Medical Interpreter / Interpreter

Interpret calls between Medical staff and Hispanic patients/members: Hospital admissions, diagnosis and treatmens, medical procedures, medication lists, preparation/ discharge instructions, schedule and/or reschedule appointments. Assist in dial out to patients/members. Leave voice mails. Data collection. All is done within a fast paced to mid paced environment.
