- Shell Finance: deployed Measure Review Improve process management across a 12,000-FTE organisation; later led four CI teams with 35 professionals. Benefits validated by Finance through budget-linked approval tested with Internal Audit. Shared-services footprint decisions included Guatemala closure and 50% Glasgow headcount reduction, both delivered.

- Shell Malaysia: led transformation deployment with six coaches, six consultants and 300+ practitioners, connecting demonstrator projects, value streams, leadership routines and local improvement capability.

- Shell P&T: linked strategy to Kanban, Cadence and leadership routines, with 25+ early adopters. Business-led generative AI pilot for engineering documentation checks, using human review boundaries and initial sample checks.

- Bentley Systems: cross-functional process work across Product/Engineering, Sales, Licensing and Customer Experience; ProjectWise cloud-migration operating-model design, readiness gates, RACI and shared measures.

- Johnson Controls: supported transition from 350+ legacy systems to four aligned platforms and common service processes; Scrum Master for four BENELUX workstreams.

- Banking: Lean deployment and leadership/practitioner training at Yorkshire/Clydesdale; CSFB US server-deployment pilot restored target delivery through value-stream mapping and control-tower coordination.
