Melyad is a consulting firm specialised in the public financing of innovation whose support is aimed at any company developing innovative activities and wishing to receive financial support for their research activities.
As co-founder and co-manager of this company, I contributed to its development until it exceeded 1 million euros in turnover. I recruited and managed a team of 7 PhD consultants, and supervised more than 750 services, with an exceptional success rate.
Results:
• Expansion to 15 employees, more than €1 million in turnover, and more than 150 clients.
• Recruitment and supervision of 7 PhD consultants.
• 750 projects, success rate > 99%, €10 million in aid obtained.
Analysis and definition of needs, means and objectives :
• MOA role: detailed functional formalization of internal developments, validation and monitoring.
• Bid processes, choice of service providers, coordination (single interface) and conflict management.
• Definition of objectives in terms of control of commitments (deadlines, risks, costs, quality).
Project management and resource management :
• Supervision of the scientific team: recruitment, planning, workload management, HR management, performance monitoring and evolution.
• Management of services in Agile mode, forecasts and real-time monitoring of profitability / P&L.
• PMO role: strategic vision, creation of continuous improvement processes and management tools, evolution of methodologies, change management.
• Reporting to the steering committee and guarantor of business, quality, ethical, regulatory and contractual constraints + GDPR compliance.
Consulting and business development :
• Business development / prospecting activity, actions to build customer loyalty, upsell.
• Audit of companies and evaluation of innovative projects (digital marketing, cloud, fintechs, semantic web, Big Data, IA & machine learning, IoT, blockchain) and strategic management of innovation projects.
