Estimer.com is an online platform that allows users to make accurate estimates of the value of their real estate. This project explores the opportunities of blockchain to ensure the anonymization of user data during real estate valuations. In parallel, AI will be deployed to offer innovative interactions with users and optimize predictions in real time.
I play a key role in optimizing the development process using agile methodologies. I guide the team in adopting an adapted framework in Kanban mode, for simple and efficient management of tasks and priorities.
Results:

The goal is to guarantee zero-defect constructions while enriching user interactions through big data and AI, by integrating predictive models to anticipate and resolve problems before they appear.
I was first a Product Owner for 6 months, in addition to my role as Scrum Master. I was then increasingly involved in organizational transformations beyond the framework of the development team and the Scrum methodology.
Results :

• Be responsible for the application of the Scrum method (in close collaboration with an Agile Coach).
