Estimer.com is an online platform that allows users to make accurate estimates of the value of their real estate. This project explores the opportunities of blockchain to ensure the anonymization of user data during real estate valuations. In parallel, AI will be deployed to offer innovative interactions with users and optimize predictions in real time.

I play a key role in optimizing the development process using agile methodologies. I guide the team in adopting an adapted framework in Kanban mode, for simple and efficient management of tasks and priorities.

Results:
• Flow optimization: Delivery frequency +100%.
• Increased productivity: 50% increase in task processing (KPI: lead time).

Archipad is a software solution for construction professionals, architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, building owners, promoters... The goal is to guarantee zero-defect constructions while enriching user interactions through big data and AI, by integrating predictive models to anticipate and resolve problems before they appear.

I was first a Product Owner for 6 months, in addition to my role as Scrum Master. I was then increasingly involved in organizational transformations beyond the framework of the development team and the Scrum methodology.

Results :
• Improved efficiency: +20% productivity (KPI: 4 main factors of the Scrum Team Survey).
• Increased quality: -38% bugs.

Responsibilities as a Scrum Master:
• Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Within the Hosting and Production business accelerator of Orange Digital Factory, I was part of a governance entity for projects and services whose role is to support the various teams in the management of their projects and services.

In a context strongly inspired by SAFe, and within several Scrum teams, I played the role of Scrum Master within the Controllable Infrastructures department (maintenance, evolution and controllability of data centers).

Results:
• 2 Product Owners trained, 1 of whom was hired internally.
• Restructuring of teams into services successfully implemented.

MyOptions.co is a crowdfunding platform dedicated to innovation.

I has to ensure the urgent launch of the new version of the platform, following the postponement of the initial date, in order to meet the firm commitments made for the new deadline. I also helped them set up the foundations of agility, starting with a backlog and clear priorities. The mission was a success.

Results:
• Successful launch of the myoptions.co 2.0 platform on the scheduled day and within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team in charge of the development (Django, postgresql, Docker, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Act as a Product Owner : construction and management of the backlog, definition of a functional roadmap (Jira/Confluence).
• Implement and manage the test campaign, and secure launch of the myoptions.co 2.0 platform (successful launch on September 1st).
• Manage all external services (Asten, Net-ng, Pilot Systems, Yousign, Mangopay, OVH, Gandi).

Melyad is a consulting firm specialised in the public financing of innovation whose support is aimed at any company developing innovative activities and wishing to receive financial support for their research activities.

Later, as a project manager in the production department, I coordinated teams to design high-availability architectures, optimized performance, and implemented security and quality standards for a department of 100 people.

Results:
• Design/deployment of high availability infrastructures (300M visitors/month) with high SLA.
• Implementation of quality/security procedures (ISO 9001, PCI DSS) for 100 people.
• Personal objectives exceeded 5 years in a row.
