Analog/Mixed signal IC design for Artificial Neural Network IHP Microelectronics, Frankfurt, Germany(Internship) Brought in by Company to support a new design team tasked with developing Analog/Mixed Signal baseband chip for neural accelerator. • Set-up of CAD systems and Analog/Mixed Signal design flows. • Introduction of new design methodologies to reduce design time and tape out time. • Full chip simulation, including parasitic, part behaviour level. • Participating in design process to initialise design flow.
