My professional career is based on 34 years with experience in:
• Supervision in the lifting and transport of heavy loads up to 2000 tons in the Paraguaná Refining Center (CRP) Cardón - PDVSA. With the use of CC2800 special cranes and SPMT heavy transport vehicles.
• Management of transportation sub contractors in the operational areas of Maracaibo, Barinas, Punto Fijo, Valencia, Puerto Ordaz (Faga Bovinelli, Center Equipment, Ale heavy lift, Felconsa, Equiser, Sarens, R & L Transport, among others) in Venezuela.
• Supervision in: Unclothed and dressed for the moving or mobilization of drilling land rigs up to 3000 in Lake Maracaibo Center as well as production drills or RA / RC.
• Major and minor electro-mechanical maintenance of the drilling holes (Generation III and SCR) mentioned above.
• Supervision of hydrocarbon production lines (oil pipelines).
• Supervision of the installation of surface equipment and electro-centrifugal pumping equipment (EBE) REDAS AND CENTRILIFT with Speed ??Drives, Barinas and Guafita Apure areas; Venezuela.
• Supervision in maintenance of light and heavy fleet (pick up, sedan, forklift, patrol, retro, trucks, chums, vacumms etc.)
• Supervision in the repairs of Caterpillar diesel engines and General engine, transmission boxes, power take off or gearboxes, winches or winches, transmissions by cranshafts, mud pumps FA 1300 and 8P80, rotary and BOP among others etc.
• Supervision of facilities and production or surface processes (crude oil pumps, rocker arms, oil pipelines, booster pumps, electrical systems, 13.8 kv transmission lines, etc.)
• Preventive maintenance (48,000 Hrs) to Turbine FA 7000 Thermoelectric Plant Barrancas - Barinas belonging to PDVSA
• Commissioning for the delivery of generation plants.
• Superintendent of drilling rig maintenance.
• Project management of thermoelectric plants.

Expertise to control the any Company’s workflows and practices and in large project.
Supervised many teams of subcontractors as Technical Teams.
Been Maintenance Manager to work with Maintenance teams to repair and maintain the infrastructure of the existing wells, including the replacement of Pumps, Flowlines etc.
Careful that tasks are clearly defined including scope, goals, timelines, resources required and deliverables.
Ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, on budget and in a professional manner.
Good stakeholder relations, to inform of all relevant aspects of the project with Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with other team members.
