fails).
o Waterfall methodology, participated trough the "V "Software Development and testing life cycle.

From allocation of system requirements through system testing, activities included:

? Creation of LOI and BOE (estimate of cost and level of involvement for projects.
? Planning documentation review/creation (PSAC, SVCP, SDP, QAP, SCMP, etc.).
? Configuration Management, Support environment, Formal testing, Engineering
design review, requirements traceability, project completion, defect management
and Problem Reports Audits.
? Conformance of test stations.

? Verification for embedded control systems for airborne control systems of
commercial and military aircraft programs.

engine programs. This device controls the behavior of the engine based on requirements defined by airframe
(customer), FAA/EASA for America/Europe (government agencies) and GE Aircraft Engines team.

? Six sigma Black Belt for PIC controls team (around 50 members). Since 2012 responsibilities included (in
addition to Controls Engineer tasks): Annual project savings (Around 300 K dollars), mentoring new hires to
get GB certification within a year in the company and to promote continuous improvement Culture (conducted
Lean Six Sigma action workouts/lean events as part of the savings reported).

? Led initiative to fulfill customer satisfaction and complaint management to fulfill point 8.2 of the AS9100
quality certification for GEIQ Aviation Engines and Systems business. To perform this, I organize both
business black belts to define and implement a procedure to measure and manage customer feedback and
satisfaction. To document the new procedure, quality team was coordinated to document these procedures into
the business quality management system.

? Led Control system team for Boeing 747/787 aircraft engines from 2011 to 2013.

? Brought dry rig testing process from US to Mexico, this to support certification for the Federal Aviation
Regulation part 33 (FAR 33) in legacy programs. During first stage the process was ran remotely (using a
SQA to witness the execution of the testing) then the hardware was sent to Queretaro facilities where this
process is now executed locally.
