for strategic decision-making, like plant investments, M&A, product development, new markets penetration, etc.
- Leadership of the company 's global demand forecasting process, including the coordination of 10 teams in 15 different
countries, consolidation and presentation to C-suite along with recommendations
- Commercial planning support to KAM to define the strategic agendas for Tenaris ' top 10 customers (ExxonMobil,
Shell, Chevron, etc.), that account for 25% of the total invoicing
- Global Customer Satisfaction survey coordination, involving 1500 customers in 10 different languages. Results
analysis and presentation to the CEO and each one of the 10 Business Units
- Responsible for the annual investor presentation, the quarterly Board meeting presentation and ad-hoc CEO requests
- Responsible for the assessment and contract negotiation with 3rd party providers on market insights (~150
kUSD/year) to feed the needs of Marketing teams worldwide
- In charge of a team of 2 analysts
