Position: Upstream Apps & Data Consultant / BPM / Strategic Planning / Upstream IT Projects.

Responsibilities:
* Support Drilling & Work Over (WO) field operations
(Administrative management, logistics, Post
Mortem, pipe tally, loading of Daily and special
reports in Openwells).
* Solve problems in the coding of the summary of
operations, Bits loading, BHA, Pumps, solids
control equipment, costs, fluids, subsoil equipment,
casing, logs.
* Provide advice on data loading to company man in
Drilling Information Management System (DIMS)
and Openwells system according to drilling
operations, completions and wells services.
* Analysis and standardization of Drilling & WO
Operations nationwide.
* Technical support, consulting and advice on
specialized applications and data management.

* Certified instructor of DIMS, Data Analyzer, Profile
and COPYR software.
* IT project management such as: implementation of
new technologies, updating of existing IT and
purchase of licenses that allow simplifying
processes and aligning IT services with business
needs.
* Support for workflows and data management of
Upstream business processes according to the ISO
9001-2015 standard.
* DataBase update.
* Data quality assurance and control.
* Business intelligence, data analysis through Data
Analyzer Software and Power BI.
* Identify focal points, key units and carry out testing
activities. It includes functional tests, data loading,
user acceptance and pilot tests in IT projects.


* Define the user profile in DIMS and Openwells
according to their role in the Drilling & WO business
unit nationwide.
* Planning leader in Drilling Inspection. Annual
operative plan. Management control.
* Define and track KPI.
* Analysis and monitoring of operations,
maintenance and inspections of the different types
of Rigs and their impacts on the business.

* Prepare and present management reports to the
CEO.
* IT & Data service management through practices
such as ITIL. Leading local and national teams
related to data governance and administration of
the technological platform with specialized
software providers.
* Lead and participate in forums, conferences and
workshops for the exchange of knowledge.
* Product owner, managing relationships with the
business and the different actors involved in the
projects.
