CRE Financial Analyst

Professionally i am an investment analyst/adviser who has been in the financial services industry for a large part of my career spanning  ten years. I have been engaged in alternative assets from an investment perspective where I have gained invaluable knowledge and skill in investment advisory in this rather complex asset class. In particular, my skillset is comprised of preparing highest and best use analysis, zoning analysis, investment analysis, financial modelling, business valuation, financial forecasting and budgeting, deal structuring, proper investor documentation for presentations among others. In addition, I possess sound and practical risk management skills, financial accounting knowledge and investment appraisal techniques. I have been involved over the years largely with corporate financing transactions as well as project finance transactions in the real estate sector. I am great in providing good investor pitches and business plans for my clients who are seeking to raise much-needed capital for their businesses and projects alike.
