Delivery training to end users with sessions in rooms and hands-on practice in shop
floor and warehouse areas.
Barcode scanner and zebra printer's configuration for UATs and Go-Live.
Support during Go-Live and hyper care time.

Additional activity:

Delivery training in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting. basic navigation, tool bars,
data access, copy and edit reports in my favorites, analysis, design of new reports from
scratch, export to Excel, send by email, apply different functions like Sum, Break, Count
records and create new calculations in variables.

Main Activities:

* Improvement of the material management process starting in procurement, material reception,
incoming inspection, putaway in WH, staging raw material to production shop floor (electronic and
mechanic parts), consumption, assembly, WIP, functional testing, barcode identification, quality
approval, transfer to WH, delivery/invoicing and shipment to the customer.
* Making processes more efficient with the use of racks, supermarkets and barcode scanners and
training to the people involved.
* Implementation of External Warehouse (HUB) solution in Laredo TX to allow the customers in
USA to take the material by themselves. The solution includes the invoicing process, transfer
material from plant, create production orders to stock, transport paperwork, papers for customs
process in the border, goods receipt in WH and goods issue when shipment is created to the final
customer's destination. Delivery training to the new users and remote support until the operation
was stable.
* Development & Support in EDI / Speedi system, fix issues regarding the releases to the vendors,
ASNs to customers (VW, NISSAN, AUDI, BMW and GM) IDOC mapping to complete electronic
data interchange process according the technology of each customer.

Main Activities:

* Improvement in Production process, review the material flow, teaching to end users the different
process steps, RFUI implementation to move material in shop floor and WH, Barcode identification
for each product and complete boxes/pallets. Solve and documentation of customer complains.
* Implementation of EDI interfaces with customers (VW, Audi, and SAS for Automotive industry),
Teamwork with technical partners in Germany, India, USA and 3rd party service providers.
* Implementation of electronic Invoicing CFDI 3.2 in Aug/2017 and CFDI 3.3 with Foreign Trade
Complement in Jan/2018 (Export Sales). Including web portal with the PAC to control PDF and
legal XML files.
* Implementation of Electronic Accounting 1.1 according Mexican Law. Trial Balance, Chart of
Accounts, and movements extraction from SAP to upload XML files in web portal of tax authority.

Main Activities:

Migration of MD, TD, Programs, Function Modules, Tables, Views, Screens and
Dictionary of Objects from SAP ECC servers (6.0, 5, 4.7) to S/4HANA for Electronic
invoicing and accounting functionality.
Development of programs to transfer the information from 3 different SAP servers R3
ECC into new S/4HANA.

Main Activities:

Development of new "Z" programs for different companies (Mexico, North America,
and Europe). The developments were in ABAP in modules: SD, MM and PP.
Support end users and solving tickets according the requirements. These tickets were regarding
issues in PP, MM and WM modules with different complexity. Some of those tickets were to
change/fix/enhance screens, report, calculations, functionalities, master data extraction, scheduled
jobs, etc.

KT received from Germany SAP Implementation team of complete processes.
Master Data extraction from legacy system to be uploaded into new SAP system
catalogues, customer's master data, GL accounts, vendors, products, prices, direct and
indirect materials/components, routings, BOMs, users, printers, etc.
Participation in UAT process, end to end scenarios preparation, defects documentation,
following issues, etc.
After implementation we performed continuous improvement in Production Process,
Warehouse, Wifi and RFIU devices, Barcode Labeling, Packaging Material, ASN
implementation and Invoicing.

Main Activities:

Migration from legacy system (SBT accounting system) to SAP R3 in different modules.
Receive training from implementation team in Houston, TX USA.
Run the test scenarios in all the modules, send the feedback to Houston, fix issues and document
solutions. After Go-Live we performed many enhancements in different processes like in
procurement, production control, WIP, inventory management, warehouse management, picking
and put away material, RFUI barcode scanners and access points, quality inspection release with
labeling and transport dispatch.
