My name is Justin Kroger and I am a 32-year-old content creator/social media marketing specialist living in Los Angeles. I specialize in shooting, editing, compositing and color grading in digital cinema formats such as Red R3D, DNG raw, Arri Raw etc.
My other skills include After Effects/Mocha- rotoscoping, motion tracking, 3D title/motion graphics animation and color grading with Davinci Resolve.
I was lucky enough to know what I wanted to do from a young age, so I became homeschooled at the age of 14 and started working full time in production studios. Alongside my passion for shooting, editing, and compositing visual effects, I have also written full-time for news and television.
My most recent full-time employment has included ABC News (Editor/Photographer/Live Truck Engineer) and Fox News (Editor/Producer), as well as numerous projects from Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels on The Food Network, and national advertisements with Bruster's Ice Cream, Snickers, The History Channel, Almond Breeze, Blue Diamond Almonds, Quiz-Up, Bonga Foods, Kshop, Under 100, Treasure, etc... as well as weddings, music videos and social media marketing campaigns for high profile artists (+1,000,000 views). In addition to being an end user, I have also taught corporate training with Adobe CC and Final Cut Pro.
I am NPPA (National Press Photographers Association) trained and certified and a 6-time Associated Press award-winning photographer/editor with a passion for storytelling.
Notably, I spent 4 years working and training with the editor/producer of the critically acclaimed HBO documentary "Banging In The Rock" and attend The University Of Central Arkansas for film making. If you would rather me work off-site, I own all the equipment necessary to produce professional quality videos. I am diligent and easy to work with and would love the chance to meet with you! If I sound like someone that might fit what you are looking for, I ask that you take a look at my website/digital portfolio and send me an email!
