Project history
Lead 15 offshore team members to deliver SAP security support operations within SLA guidelines. Manage escalations and collaborate with the client on new requirements and deploy the solutions within the agreed timelines and budget.
- Propose security solutions in SAP security area across these systems: ECC, BI, HANA, SLT, BPC, BobJ, and GRC.
- Provide go-live, change management, hyper care, and post go-live support.
- Guarantee SoD-free user provisioning across landscapes using GRC AC ARM tool, applying mitigations as needed.
- Review SAP security tech controls per SOX compliance to ensure systems security and provide remediation.
- Generate quarterly SoD reports, including mitigated risks, and partner with internal audit team to design long-term remediation plans.
- Responsible for SAP Licensing for whole SAP Landscape and also for internal quarterly audit control compliance.
- Review and approve all SAP Security production changes at SME level.
- Interact with system architects to align security standards with latest the updates or modifications.
- Deliver solutions within budgets/timelines, according to best standards, and with a minimized performance impact.
- Design and deploy SLA metrics report using Data Analytics tools ( Tableau ) for senior management review.
