Support and Development: Involved in support and development of SAP MM module and business
process of UCB Pharma.

? Responsible for scheduling the equipment qualifications and preventive maintenance for
annual schedules/cycles.
? Qualification of new equipment's for their Design, Installation, Operation and Performance.
? Responsible for qualification of new facility / facility change.
? Authorized from the organization to inspect the major equipment's at fabrication site before
shipment to factory.
? One of the validation team members for DM Water system (Generation & Distribution)
validation.
? Responsible for planning and monitoring of yearly calibration schedules.
? Responsible for qualifying the HVAC facility in co-ordination with related departments and
external agencies.
? Supporting Production department for higher output requirements.
? Coordinating with Production department for better clarity in designing the projects to
facilitate better operational conditions.
? Responsible for document control with respect to engineering services in co-ordination with

respect to technical aspects.

? Responsible for Inventory management of Project Related Materials.
? Follow-up correspondence with the suppliers and calibration agencies.
