Job responsibilities:
* Find, negotiate, direct and coordinate activities of field technicians to
ensure project progresses on schedule, within budget, and meets high
quality standards by setting the appropriate expectations and holding the
field techs accountable through writing concise, detailed work orders and
verbal communication.
* Review and provide appropriate deliverables to clients within the agreed to
timeline and set expectations with field techs to return required
deliverables within 24 hours of job completion.
* Responsible for end-to-end project deployment, carefully balancing
delivery quality and managing priorities, taking corrective actions as
necessary to meet stated business objectives.
* Handle Global customers like Retail next, Comm works, Apple, Pandora,
Swarovski, Nike, Coco Cola, Cisco etc.
* Ensured correct resources are assigned to tasks by properly
vetting/Interviewing the field Technicians to ensure appropriate skill level.
* Responding to field technicians/engineers' questions regarding Kinettix and
client policies and requirement.

* Worked on RFP for new project requirements, Aligned resources as per
their profile suitable to project.
* Developed relationships to promote future projects with the client and the
field technicians.
* Technical subject matter expert with a proven track record utilizing various
sourcing resources/methods.
* Create process/workflow documents in Visio for company's vendor
management plan.
* Handling large scale Project delivery & Hardware/Software sourcing.
* Ensured field resources are on-time and prepared by completing the
confirmation/preparation phone calls.
* Worked on continuous improvement of company s processes including
assessment of project delivery capabilities, gathering, analysing and
reporting performance metrics and measurement of on-going progress
* Well versed in program management methodologies, approaches and
tools.
* Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem
solving, and ability to deliver better processes that to drive business
outcomes.
