• High Level Production Support DBA- System and Application • Responsible for monitoring the system, management of users, space, access, alerts, database clean ups, role and profiles. • Responsible for creating backup scripts, running backups/restore and troubleshooting any issues. • Responsible for Performance optimization of any queries • Responsible for preparing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting ( Using PDCR, PMCP ) • Creating databases and setting up Environment for Development, Testing and UAT and moving the code and History data to production by following the implementation process. • Maintaining the Teradata Space efficiently for Business and batch jobs by ensuring the Data currency is up to date. • Providing the database uptime, application wise uptime and database performance information. • Providing the No of Online, Batch and Tactical User information reports as per the requirements. • Providing Tactical users performance report according to time consumption. • Providing Spool space, Perm space Jobs wise and User wise usage report provide whenever required. • Providing TASM expertise in analyzing the existing workloads using Teradata workload analyzer, designing, adjusting & monitoring the workloads using Workload Designer and Workload Monitor portlets -> ETL Support -> Development Support
