Led the EPM Board integration program (PMO & business analysis), covering :
•Solution architecture: definition of key financial and operational performance dimensions
•Monthly closings (Controlling scope): design and implementation of workflows, features, and reporting dashboards
•Forecasting cycles (Strategic Plan / Budget / Rolling Forecast): process redesign, simplification, and integration into the EPM tool
