Since our inception in 2003, we have been providing software engineering services and other professional staff augmentation services to our clients spread across US.
I am serving as a Business Analyst and Program Manager to top management and is responsible for providing expert analysis on a variety of subject matter in the field of Information Technology Consulting Services while working for GSA, FBO sales platforms for business development.
Abacus Service Corporation an MBE and WBE certified nationally, has been delivering IT services for
clients across North America and Canada to diverse clientele, including customers in Finance,
Government, Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, and Retail. During these engagements, Abacus
created advanced solutions in Analytics, Big Data, and Product Development. With a State-of-the-Art
solution, Abacus solves the business challenges of our customers.
I Served as a senior program manager to top management and is responsible for providing expert
analysis on a variety of subject matter in the field of Information Technology Consulting Services
while working for GSA, FBO sales platforms for business development.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Work with executive-level business and business technology professionals in the State/Local
and Federal Government to effectively communicate the vision, mission, values, and
capabilities of Abacus.
* Prospect to identify Federal Government sales opportunities. Lead efforts to develop account
revenues and relationships
* Use incisive effective questioning and every interaction as a potential opportunity to develop
more business within the Federal Government space,
* Work with key resellers, partners, and system integrators to identify and develop new business
opportunities and build pipeline in US Federal
* Create and implement vertical government solutions within the Abacus Technical service
offerings
* Develop and maintain external relationships with partners and customers to foster growth
* Develop and maintain internal relationships with other functional teams; adhere to Company
best practices and standards
* Understand and analyze client challenges and map Abacus capabilities and solutions to those
needs.
* Develop a sustainable consulting sales pipeline to meet and exceed forecasted bookings
targets.
* Deliver persuasive consulting sales presentations to senior-level decision-makers.
* Provide a high level of strategic acumen and comfort conducting value-added interactions with
senior-level decision-makers in B2B, B2C, and B2G organizations, I define and execute sales
plans for assigned accounts and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting,
qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned Named Accounts;
* Develop and manage sales pipeline, identify prospects, qualify opportunities by assessing
service and solution requirements, determining budget and cost estimates, identifying
partners, directly engaging with customers, and evaluating competitors, to move a large number
of opportunities simultaneously through the sales pipeline;
* Manage and track customer and opportunity information in the SUGAR CRM system;
* Communicate with resources throughout the sales cycle, including operations and technical
support and other sales staff, and engage their assistance when required;
* Review proposal responses and submissions to the government for compliance with law and
regulation. Provide solution briefings and demonstrations to prospective customers by
resolving RFP/RFQ/ITB/Solicitations while performing effective Bid Management
* Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts by establishing and
maintaining direct relationships with customers;
