Project Description:

Currently, in Shentel they are migrating all the data from network to BPI(Blue Planet Inventory).
Inventory systems will run in master-master configuration and data sync happens between the two
systems to keep them in-sync. This project will deliver the additional integration between the 2 x
Network Management Systems (NMS) and Veritas.
The project will be delivered by implementation of the BP Inventory Network Synchronization (INS)
solution. The INS solution will include the delivery of the following components:
* Discovery - discover as-build and planned network from 2 NMS Systems
* MCP for Ciena device types
* DNA for Infinera device types.
* Federation - Generate discrepancies between the discovered network and BPI are identified.
* Reconciliation - Provide a mechanism to synchronize the discovered discrepancies to provide a
source of truth with the combined data sources*.

Project Description:

Vodafone supports two service lines Cramer Fixed (Cramer6) and Cramer Mobile (ANN). Vodafone manage
the connections from Radio base stations (2G base stations, LTE base stations) to the core network
by building circuits within Amdocs ARM. The existing network model is based on routed IP circuits.
Vodafone employ a large number of planners to manage additions and changes to these circuits.
Vodafone wish to revise their datamodel and processes such that the number of planners can be
reduced. The cost savings are very large ($100,000 + pa).
Simplified IP project supports the Plan and Design of Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity. We have
below interfaces to Design and Plan Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity.
Layer 2 Planner: Allows user to create new VLANS and the set is used as route for new VLAN(s).
Logical Device Reporter: Allows end user to view and edit Layer 3 (IP) data against multiple
objects.
Device Manager: A new user interface component will be provided to allow the viewing, creation and
manipulation of devices within the Mobile and Fixed repositories. The component will be launched
from ANN and embedded within the OSS Portal.

Project Description:

Sunrise uses CRAMER application to manage their physical and logical inventory and activation of
Broadband Network Services to end customers. Sunrise uses Ethernet technology to provide broadband
services to end users.
Here in this project CRAMER receives Service Access orders from Clarify Team Systems. After
processing it in Cramer(i.e. designing the line model), Cramer sends activation request to DE for
configuration of services on various ports. Apart from the actual service activation, Cramer is also
responsible for logical representation and creation of Service Ready Network. In Sunrise project
Cramer holds information of around 10000 to 20,00,000 of end user services.
There are many file interfaces provided between Cramer and other application. These interfaces uses
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) functionality and the files created in csv format are shared with other
systems.
Part of this Automation we have introduced new Web report to handle this all operation in Cramer GUI
based on Service selection.
