Design / Detailed Engineering, Installation, pre- commissioning & commissioning of Rotating Equipment & Packages. Experience with working in various project phases like Design and Detailed Engineering, FEED, Costing & Estimation for Proposal, Value Engineering, Detailed Feasibility Report and Analysis.
Familiar with relevant codes & standards applicable for petroleum industry like API 610, API 614, API 617, API 619, API 671, API 674, API 675, API 676, API 682 and well aware of usual industry norms and practices.
Also familiar with other international Client standard such as ADNOC, ARAMCO, KNPC, ENI, EIL etc.
in Design, ANSYS, API, AutoCAD, CATIA, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Value Engineering
Responsibilies
Attending site visits. prepare detailed visit report and attending clarification meetings with client.
Study Tender Document & Preparation of Deliverable list as per Scope of works.
Attending site visits. Prepare detailed visit report and attending clarification meetings with client.
Prepare Technical specifications and Design Basis.
Preparation of Request for Quotation / Material Requisition / Purchase Requisition.
Preparation of Technical queries against received vendor offers & Technical Bid Analysis
Vendor Document Review & Coordination with other engineering disciplines.
Participation in HAZID, HAZOP for proposed projects.
Involvement in FAT/SAT of complete packages.
Preparation of Feasibility Report.
Construction Supervision for Mechanical Equipment and Packages as per project specification.
Assisting discipline staff on project in resolving any technical issues, claims, disputes arising and requiring input for satisfactory close out.
Familiar with relevant codes & standards applicable for petroleum industry like API 610, API 614, API 617, API 619, API 671, API 674, API 675, API 676, API 682 and well aware of usual industry norms and practices.
