System Engineer

Study and propose solution for network and system products to partner and
Customer including Banking, MFI, Factory, Enterprise and SMB Business
▪ Coordinate with vendor and partner to propose integrated solution to meet
customer requirements.
▪ Provide training, Webinar, demo and POC network and system products update
to partners and customer
▪ Assist support case and troubleshoot system products issue
▪ Joining service deployment with partner for server, storage HCI, network, security and
data management and protection project
▪ Assist RMA and service replacement for system products including server,
storage to partners

Responsibilities:
* Provision and activate the services offering (DIA, MPLS, DPLC, VPLS, Q-in-Q)
to SLA and Non-SLA customer
* Configuring and provisioning service via OLT, Metro-E, SDH, router and switch

* Operation and monitoring NMS alert system (SDH, Metro-E, DWDM, backbone POPs)
in response to incident on time
* DDoS mitigate and protection to reduce impact customer traffic
* Network traffic balancing to avoid congestion and optimize route

* Maintain network operation to avoid network loop and broadcast traffic

* Onside maintenance and troubleshooting backbone network
* Monitoring, manage and escalate fiber link faulty within backbone and partners

* Collect information, identify the issue and offer solution to wholesale, enterprise and

international customer
* Communicate and work with operation team, other departments, local and

international partners
* Tickets follow-up and escalate to higher level for critical case
* Rotate shift work for network operation and customer support

Responsibilities:
* Handling, troubleshooting computer network (LAN, Wireless AP, Server, POS)

* Using network monitoring tools to troubleshoot customer internet connection

* Tracking and reporting customer's fiber broken
* Work with teams in surveying customer's site

* Provide solutions to customer of which network products are work best for their
location.
