Scope of project covers end to end support for Pitney Bowes IT Applications, global IT
infrastructure for its user base spread across 130+ countries. Project is responsible for
providing IT Services compliant to (viz., Service Request fulfillment, Management of Incidents,
Service Level, Problems, Changes, Configuration, Releases, Availability, Capacity, Security,
Suppliers, IT Service Continuity & Business Relationship management)
Roles and responsibilities handled are as below:
* IDOC Interface maintenance & monitoring etc.
* Batch Job scheduling/monitoring, Performance tuning
* Developed new reports(Classical, Interactive and ALV reports), SAP Scripts, module pool programs,
VOFM routines
* Analysis of the Functional specifications provided by the functional consultant
* Creation of technical Design document and effort estimations, Remedy ticket resolution cycle
