Roles & Responsibilities: -

PA and Time Management:

* Under the guidance of the Senior Consultants and team member, we involved in-group discussion,
project presentation, planning and active participation in requirement analysis.
* Issue analysis, Configuration changes & testing and resolving the day-to-day related Issues and
enhancements.
* Project related activities like documentation.
* Understanding help desk processes, solving user problems and adhering to Service level
agreements in production support engagements.
* Troubleshooting daily tickets related to HR module.
* Analyzing the user / incidents generated tickets and providing permanent solutions.
* Coordinate with clients and for solving the tickets.
* Involved in India Time and Payroll Reports enhancements.
* Worked on Substitutions.
* Worked on Time related work item issues.
* Worked on PTARQ.

HR Authorizations:
* Documented SAP Security policies and guidelines for table access, Program access, report
access, ABAP development, custom authorization objects, etc.
* Provided Production support in SAP Security related daily activities related to user
authorization issues and user account administration
* Assisted users in troubleshooting and identifying authorization issues using SU53 and trace
analysis.
* Analyzed the user buffers of users via SU53 and SUIM.

Travel & Expenses:
* Configured Trip activity type.
* Configured of new expenses type as per the client requirement
* Configured of travel schema (IT0017)
* Solved Posting problems in production system.
* Solved day to-day issues in Travel Management

Payroll-US Payroll:

* Worked on ZPDKON Report enhancement
* Worked on wage type to symbolic account mapping to resolve the payroll issues.
* Involved in Client meetings to update the work status and Enhancements.
* Worked on posting issues.

Payroll-China:

* Worked on Social Insurance (Pension, Unemployment, Work Injury, Medical and Maternity)
configuration updates based on China Gov. policy
* Worked on Public Housing Fund configuration updates based on china govt policy.
* Worked on Monthly support issues.
* Worked on Daily payroll run errors to support the Business.
* Worked on Year end activities to update the monthly payment hours and monthly working hours for
a year.
* Worked on Lowest city rate updates based on China govt policy.
* Created new PCR for Unpaid leave calculation for regular payroll run for 3 payroll areas.
* Created new PCR for calculating the Sick leave as per new china govt policy.
* Worked on Support pack testing for China and US Payroll.
* Worked on custom report enhancements.
* Good knowledge and experience in Business Unit Test document creation.

US Payroll:
* Created Payroll Area, Period Parameters, Date Modifier, Control record and Generated Payroll
periods.
* Created Pay scale structure.
* Maintained features ABKRS, TARIF and LGMST.
* Configured Wage types for IT0008, 0014 and 0015.
* Configured Absence valuation for Paid/Unpaid Absences.
* Configured STD, FMLA Absences.
* Configured Quota compensation (IT0416).
* Configured IT0267 for off cycle payments.
* Defined tax authorities and tax types, maintained tax areas and defined tax models.
* Maintained tax related processing classes (68, 69, 70, 71 and 72) and assigned to
* Taxable wage types to calculate tax.
* Configured Residence Tax (207) , Work Tax (208) and Unemployment Tax (209)
* Configured Garnishments (IT 0194 and IT0195).
* Maintained Processing classes, Evaluation and Cumulation classes.
* Posting to Financial Accounting: Defining employee grouping/account assignment, defining
symbolic accounts, defining wage type posting attributes and accounts assignment.

Time Management:

* Grouping of personnel areas, personnel sub areas and employee sub groups to the Work Schedule.
* Configuration of Absence types and Absence Quotas.
* Configured Absence Quotas and maintained the quota type selection group using the feature
QUOMO.
* Configured the Absence Quota generation through time evaluation schema RPTIME00
* Created new PCR`s based on the client requirement.
* Worked on Time PCR`s and Schema (TM00).
* Configured Public holidays, Holiday calendar and according to client requirements.
* Configured Break Schedules, Daily Work Schedule, Periodic work schedule, work schedule rule and
maintain the feature SCHKZ, WRKHR and TMSTA, VTART.
* Set up PSA grouping for WS, DWS and PH Calendars.
* Generated Absence Quotas based on Employee Work Schedule Rules..
* Configuration of Comp Off, Earned leave, Restricted Holiday, Casual leave, Half Pay leave
quota.
* Maintained Tables T555A and T555Y.
* Worked on IT 2001,2002,2003,2006,2012,2013 ,2011,50 and also maintained the changes according
to the requirement.
* Configured substitutions and maintained VTART feature.
* Configured Maternity Leave by using IT 2001.
* Developed Interface to Integration of SAP with Smart Card system
