Project history
Lead technical role during commissioning, start-up and optimization of a multi-fuel biomass CFB power plant in South Korea. Responsibilities included commissioning and start-up leadership for boiler and auxiliary systems, DCS/BMS/SIS functional logic and interlock verification, fuel-feeding logic review and multi-fuel combustion optimization, process, control-system and plant-performance troubleshooting, and technical coordination across Owner, EPC, engineering and specialist vendors.
Owner-side Site Manager responsible for site execution and EPC coordination on a 600 MWe H-Class Combined Cycle Power Plant in Singapore. Led Owner site staff and coordinated activities with EPC and Plant Operations, monitored construction progress, quality, safety compliance and project interfaces, supported resolution of site coordination and logistical issues, and maintained focus on project specifications, execution standards and schedule.
Multi-country CFB assignments covering site management, commissioning leadership, plant start-up, operations and optimization. Projects included Jordan Attarat 2x300 MWe Oil Shale CFB Power Project (site and commissioning management, commissioning strategy, boiler/auxiliary commissioning, plant start-up, troubleshooting, process optimization, Owner/EPC/vendor coordination), Kashima Japan 63 MWe Biomass CFB (Operation Lead, PKS/biomass, operational leadership during commissioning/start-up, boiler operation, process monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, performance support), and Timor-1 Indonesia 2x63 MWe Coal CFB (site/commissioning management, commissioning strategy, boiler commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, process optimization, reliability improvement, operational readiness).
