Project history
Independent frontend contracting under the HonkeTech brand, specializing in Angular and TypeScript development for enterprise applications.
My work combines hands-on implementation with frontend architecture, solution design, and technical analysis. I work across the delivery lifecycle, from understanding requirements and defining API contracts to implementing complex features and improving existing codebases.
Depending on the project's needs, I also contribute to technical direction, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with stakeholders.
My primary specialization is Angular, with additional hands-on experience in React.
Brought in as a Frontend Tech Lead to extend a customized Jira instance for Komerční banka (Société Générale Group). I assessed requirements with management, flagged complexity and risk, proposed alternatives, and owned the end-to-end solution design and delivery. Beyond the new modules, I refactored legacy areas to optimize performance.
I was accountable for frontend architecture and delivery across this scope: UI structure and data flow (TypeScript), defining API contracts with the backend team, providing estimates, and aligning delivery with stakeholders through release.
Project highlight: Built an Excel-like grid module with 25+ columns, conditional fields, real-time validation, and backend lookups. Users could create, edit, and copy rows at scale, so rules and feedback had to stay consistent across related fields even with thousands of rows. Filtering, sorting, and rendering required tight implementation to keep the UI responsive and avoid unnecessary network traffic.
