Project history
- Delivering a country wide SAP S4/HANA Release, simultaneously across 4 sites, as part of client’s multinational system transition.
- Managing the release through the various phases, checkpoints, and environments, ensuring that all required sign offs are in place.
- Leading effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, risks, issues, deliverables, schedule and resourcing
- Delivering data driven status reporting, using available methods, tools, and dashboards.
- Initiating and closing sprints to deliver customised B2B software.
