LEAN Training & Coaching

After my mathematics study in Aachen I worked for multinationals Cap Gemini, Akzo Nobel and DSM in international assignments. My main experiences are in Interim Team Management, LEAN Consultancy as well as Information Management.
As a LEAN Black Belt I do focus on maximizing the value for the teams in your organisation.
Most recently (2020-today) I had assignments in healthcare organizations.
As trainer & coach I can guide your team in both performance as well as behaviours that stimulate the team's growth and performance.
