I drive companies to build and deliver QA & Test processes, I provide support that is tailored on the customer's needs, covering many aspects in the end-to-end journey of a product or service development with focus on:

Responsibilities: As QA Chapter Lead of the Driver Application Tribe, my responsibility is to lead, mentor
and coach a team of QA Engineers and SDETs (Software Development Engineers in Test) during the
development of new functionalities of the iOS & Android Application for our Drivers, to build our Quality
Assurance framework, test automation, bug handling, processes and methodologies, using a KPI and
data-driven based approach into the decision making process.

I put strong focus into leading by example, working hands-on on the several QA aspects involved in the
job, stimulating my team and driving them both into their career growth and, at the same tame, helping
and contributing towards the delivery of excellence in our Application.
I am in charge also of providing a quality check on our new application releases, and leading the QA
contribution to build a fully automated pipeline towards CD/CI.
My stakeholders are the CTO, the Head of Engineering, Tribe Leads, the Head of Product and Product
Owners, Chapter Leads, Scrum Masters and Developers, and in my role it is key also to achieve the
release of great quality products.

Responsibilities: As Head of QA, my responsibility has been to provide the best user experience to our
customers over several shops (DE, CH, IT, ES, FR, PT) including the fast-growing Chinese one, providing
quality in each new shop release. In order to achieve this, I have run a team of 10+ people, most of them
remotely in our Romanian branch in Sibiu. The team focused on manual testing including frontend (new
features, bug fixes, responsive design, mobile devices fragmentation, App testing), Test Automation
(building a test automation based on Selenium), backend testing (integration, feeds, scripting, and so on),
in a purely agile context (Scrum).

I have been in charge also of managing the new Releases of our shops, from the DevOps pipeline to the
QA testing (manual and with Test Automation), until the Live release and the Monitoring of new versions
on production systems.

My stakeholders were business people, CTO, Head of Product, Product Owners and Managers,
Developers and my role focuses also on strong synchronization activities through these people among
the two offices (Germany and Romania), in order to achieve the release of great quality products.

The company has been acquired, in January 2015, by 21SportsGroup which offers complimentary sporting
brands such as cycling and running.

Responsibilities: As the newly created QA Engineer Leader, the role is about setting the strategy, driving
and implementing the Quality Assurance processes for the company, with focus on the different
components of the IT infrastructure. Core aim is to improve the customer and buying experience.
This has involved building Building Test Automation processes from scratch, driving Continuous
Integration infrastructure for Desktop and Mobile , and leveraging tools and software like Selenium,
Appium, Java, scripting within an Agile Test Driven Development context.

Wirecard AG offers its customers state-of-the-art technology, transparent real-time reporting services and
support in developing their international payment strategies, be these offline, online or mobile.
As a software and IT specialist, Wirecard is also constantly expanding its portfolio with innovative
payment technologies.

Responsibilities: As Quality Assurance Engineer, the main tasks were delivering quality software for
payment methods of Wirecard product lines, with focus on testing automation, in a SCRUM/Agile context
. This involved Continuous Integration (CI), and leveraging on tools like SoapUI, JMeter, Selenium, Eclipse,
Jira, Jenkins, Mavens, Mercurial, and Puppets.
Core activities were delivering the SEPA Payment method within the European deadline of February 2014,
in full compliance of quality metrics and SLA.
Other tasks were writing and keeping documentation updated via an internal twiki document repository.
Also the role involved Test cases maintenance for legacy modules, which were performed via automatic
or manual testing, leveraging on scripting.
Reason for moving: Offered Leadership role to set up the IT quality assurance systems and processes
from scratch in a high profile retail company with more exposure to Mobile testing.

automation, scripting, configuration, tuning.
The role also included strongly scalability and performance testing, capacity plans, white papers and
document writing for customers to deploy IBM Tivoli complex applications over distributed and clustered
environments.
Core role was also writing White papers and internal documents for the sales teams/customers.

deploying, with focus on Web User Interfaces using Ajax based frameworks like dojo, concentrating also
on multi-browser compatibility, accessibility, usability, consumability, performance, security, localisation.
Installation automation of some components for IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler, leveraging on
InstallShield and InstallAnywhere framework, further then scripting.
Development of some application modules for IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler. Involvement in a
worldwide distributed team, in a pure Agile Scrum context.
