company was formerly known as CAT Computer Services (P) Ltd and was started as a computer
service center in 1995. The company was renamed as Quick Heal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2007.
The company develops security software for consumers, servers, cloud computing environments and
small and medium enterprises and sells products directly to customers or through its partner
channel.[2] Its enterprise product offerings operate under the brand name Seqrite.[3] The
company's products are regularly tested and features and abilities compared against other similar
products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Define the Business processing into SAP. And Make them Understand what is BPD andKDS.
* Worked on the Internal and External number range allocation for theemployees
* Training the users and looking after the day to day issues rising over clientsplace
* Extraction of daily ticket status report and coordinating with the team lead andAssessing
priorities of the Tickets
* Interacting with the users to have the detailed information about thetickets
* Worked on Screen modification and hide few fields as perrequirement
Prepare the End User Manuals and UAT Manual and Functional Spec and RGS Documents.
* Defined the info types in the PA40 screen using the IGMOD Feature.
* Creation of various other work schedules in addition to existing work schedules
* Making configuration changes as required due to changes in the business processes falling with
in the production support norms
* Handling of tickets based on the priority of theissue
