Project history
Im OPmobility-Projekt unterstütze ich den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung einer globalen Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Firewalls, Routing, VPN und SD-WAN.
Zu meinen Aufgaben gehören Palo-Alto-Firewall-Deployments für neue Standorte sowie Refresh- und Migrationsprojekte bestehender Sites. Dabei migriere ich Standorte mit Legacy-Infrastruktur auf eine neue standardisierte Netzwerk- und Security-Plattform.
Die Umsetzung umfasst die Analyse der bestehenden Umgebung, Anpassung und Übernahme von Security Policies, NAT, Routing und VPN, die Integration in Panorama sowie Cutover-, Test- und Rollback-Planung. Ziel ist eine sichere Migration mit möglichst geringer Auswirkung auf den laufenden Produktionsbetrieb.
Ich koordiniere Changes mit lokalen IT-Teams, Providern und weiteren technischen Ansprechpartnern und führe die Umsetzung in abgestimmten Wartungsfenstern durch. Zusätzlich bearbeite ich komplexe Netzwerkprobleme, Resiliency-Projekte, Routing-Anpassungen und technische Dokumentationen.
Technologien: Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco, Versa SD-WAN und Zscaler.
