Project history
Led a strategic initiative to evaluate and enhance the PM² methodology for VO-Europe. The project aimed to align project management practices with organizational goals, integrate sustainability and AI, and improve overall efficiency.
Supported PMI’s strategy to strengthen its presence within the European landscape through policy engagement, stakeholder mapping, and regulatory alignment. Delivered insights on EU initiatives, legislative trends, and long-term strategic priorities. Conducted political landscape analysis, developed policy recommendations, and facilitated alignment with digital priorities such as the Digital Decade, NIS2, DORA, and the Cyber Resilience Act.
Led the development, alignment, and execution of two major digital roadmaps within the European Commission’s digital workplace program: Transformation Projects and Service Excellence. Provided strategic coordination across 16 interconnected initiatives, enabling modernization, operational efficiency, and service innovation.
