Project history
Besides guiding TIM to maintain the base of IBM Netcool, fostering the evolution of TIM's Fault Management area to IBM's new WatsonAIOps pak (Netcool evolution) given the arrival of 5G and Edge Computing at Brazil this year (2022).
I managed all client meetings to create some archictectuer views of TIM's enviroment so we could better understand what they had and where we (IBM+TIM+Partner) wanted to arrive.
