Working Reference:
I was in charge of putting into production corporate applications. Dealing with a multicultural team all over the world. Working in Agile and linking the big picture of the planning with stakeholders.
Follow up the scheduling between all team´s progress. Management with the customer between the plan.

Coordination of QA teams for several projects. In the beginning, we were working on waterfall methodology. Then, we´ve moved to agile.
Metrics follow up, and lesson learned implementation with the hole team to conduct a continuous improvement.
