Program main scope included integration of Content service providers to access Eurotel content
services like News, MMS, Java games and music via multiple activation and delivery channels: WEB,
WAP, WAP, SMS, MMS and USSD.
Responsible for the full life-cycle management of project team that gathered the customer's
requirements, defined overall architecture, application implementation, VAS development,
integration and deployment of Eurotel Live! Mobile portal.

Activity description:
* Amdocs Online charging rollout:Transformation of the off-line charging of post-paid customers in
production to on-line charging;

* Implemented CDN for web and mobile content acceleration with transparent caching and load
balancing
* New Data centers setup in Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain under Managed services
agreement:
* Integration of BSS and OSS with MVNOs in The Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany
* Integration of all the elements of the Client service platform (BSS, VAS, CORE) for platform
related signaling and data transport so it will work as one service platform accessible from
Spain, France, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Data center setup in Abu Dhabi
Acquisition and Merger of Business support infrastructure.
Led the End-to-end design and systems delivery of Infrastructure Network, Data centre, Workplace,
Shared storage, Business applications (Oracle E-Business suite; Siebel CRM and ECM/Documentum).
Responsible for coordination of Finance, Business development, Vendor management, IT and Customer
support activities.

Managed 80 people implementation team to design and develop BSS systems
Identified and implemented changes in business processes and new services provisioning. Managed
adjunct development offices in the U.S. and Germany.
