Project history
Roles :
* Configure external and internal alarms in template of all BTS, test alarms using software
netnumen. Clean alarms of network' sites Viettel Perú, monitoring alarms of Network's BTS in
netnumen and nocpro.
* Coordination and meetings to improve the UMTS service. Report alarms wrote in English. Support to
technicians on sites of Peru's provinces. Also, maintenance on sites.

* Make a plan about activities to the Indeci's inspection. Management Work's Orders to maintenance
extinguishings, Hoses, emergency lights.

described.
* Using a comprehensive trouble ticketing system that specifically addresses the incident requests
of our customers.
* Telephone assistance to customers to understand their service problem.
