System Architect; Cobol/Java Developer; Mainframe migration specialist; Oracle DBA

I am an experienced analyst and programmer, with more than 30 years working with Cobol, more than 20 years working with Oracle DBA and PL/SQL Developer and more than 14 years working with Java.

I have been working with Unisys DMSII in many clients as a DBA, with normal activities of database changes, reorganizations, backup and recovery procedures.  As a performance analyst in Unisys environment, I have been working on reducing of programs execution time with business rule analysis and database access to define changes that reduce utilization mainframe resources.  I am also an experienced Cobol, EAE and WFL developer.

I have been involved in Cobol mainframe migration projects since 1995 and in the last 12 years working to move mainframe applications to Java/J2EE in Linux/Unix/Windows platforms. I have been responsible for Java solutions for mainframe business rules, ETL process, with Oracle, SQL Server and Mysql, and definition of the infrastructure to achieve the same mainframe SLA. 

I am an experienced Oracle DBA and have been working with Windows, Linux server and Shell Script since 2000.
