I am a dedicated Customer Support and Administrative Assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Educational Administration. I have experience handling emails, managing documents, responding to inquiries, and supporting public service activities during my internship at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in West Sumatra.

I am skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and collaborative tools. I’m also familiar with data entry, document formatting, and internal coordination with teams. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and providing clear communication to both clients and teams.
