•Support within implementation projects, work closely with central teams, gather site requirements and design solutions
• Complete fit-gap analysis on site processes before/while SAP deployment, write/review of functional specs for GAPS
• Work with business process owners to obtain decisions where required around common process, organizational redesign, and change management activities.
• Work with site business representatives and external consultants to design business processes to align with global design model processes
• Peer with site super users/key users to transfer knowledge of solution
• Prepare training materials, train super users, ensure documentation is common and accessible
•Delivering the ACS indirect sourcing process and SAP EBP system as the common process and system across all Honeywell SBU’s.
•Ensuring the achievement of an ACS common process and common system, while being the focal point for determining and delivering the common, best practice, global process and system architecture for the ACS COE Sourcing function.
•Managing the development of an ACS wide roadmap for delivery of the COE strategy and take responsibility for the ongoing evolution of the COE global template for ACS, continuing to build on our
•Managing an effective process for communicating with the ACS ISC leadership team and ensuring key decisions are achieved and cascaded to all relevant parties
•Partnering and closely collaborating with the ACS SAP ISC, the SBU CPS teams and the other CPS functional teams to ensure effective communication and the achievement of the goals of the overall ACS CP/S Program.
•Ensuring the successful deployment of the CP/S solution to achieve the target of $3BN revenue and 6,000 users migrating to CP/S SAP per annum.
