- Maintaining integrity and confidentiality while working with data driven projects, GDPR exp, HR service delivery, service portal, ITSM and ITOM solutions, Business Maps, Service Maps etc.
- Migration Projects to ServiceNow from tools like BMC Remedy, IBM Tivoli, HPSM etc.
- Atlassian Administrator and Developer, ServiceNow to Atlassian migration:
Incident M - JIRA & OpsGenie, Change M - JSM JIRA, Problem M - JIRA, CMDB & Asset M - Insight for JIRA
-Atlassian Server to Data Centre migration:
AWS migration from on prem self hosted JIRA & Confluence server
