* Daily job consists of managing user access, role analysis, trouble shooting and managing project
work.
* Ability to handle and perform complex troubleshooting and security analysis.
* Assist users in troubleshooting and identifying authorization issues using SU53 and trace
analysis.
* Create and maintain security roles in HANA, ERP, CRM, SD, SNC, MM, BW, FI and APO.
* Provide Production support in SAP Security related daily activities related to user authorization
issues and user account administration.
* Analyze trace fields and track missed authorizations for user access problems; insert missing
authorizations manually.
* Define and analyze SAP security roles and authorizations with an emphasis on controlling risks.
* Successfully implement security roles and analysis authorizations for SAP and AS400 users.
* Responsible for creating and modifying master/derived roles, using the Profile Generator (PFCG)
tool.
* Verify that proposed role changes did not violate segregation-of-duties (SOD) policies and
documented the changes in order to satisfy audit requirements.
* Create SAP authorizations, user mater records, table authorizations, authority checks and
customized BW InfoObjects and authorization objects for all clients.
* Performed Unit test of the roles after role modifications, released the transports via SE10 and
worked with Business Analysts in getting the roles tested in QA system, before moving the roles
to Production System.
* Implement Security Audit Logging for detailed event logging (SM19 and SM20).
* Support user administration for the production, development, and test environments.
* Assist in compliance of security policies and procedures related to implementation efforts and
security standards.
