An executive with over a decade of experience managing companies, assets and business
projects in an international corporate environment. My experience spans operational and
strategic management, complex corporate matters, real estate, new ventures, organisational
restructuring and market development.
I have worked directly with international owners and investors, taking responsibility for
translating their decisions into concrete action. I have experience coordinating multiple
companies, teams and external specialists, including situations involving competing interests,
limited resources and the need for swift management intervention.
I combine a comprehensive view of the business with a detailed understanding of its day-to-day
operations. I can enter an unfamiliar organisation, identify dependencies and problems, establish
priorities and organise execution. I approach each situation with its management, financial and
organisational implications in mind.
My experience includes:
• Managing companies and coordinating activities across individual businesses, projects and
teams.
• Handling corporate matters requiring the alignment of decisions, documentation and actions
among multiple parties.
• Managing assets and real estate, including organising related activities and coordinating
transactions.
• Restructuring processes, reallocating responsibilities and adapting the organisation to
changing business circumstances.
• Developing projects and market opportunities, from the initial concept to organising practical
execution.
• Negotiating with partners and counterparties and following through on agreed commitments.
• Managing through operational pressure, shifting priorities and leadership transitions.
