SAP PP Consultant

● Knowledge of SAP PP, PP-PI & repetitive manufacturing with MTS, and MTO strategies.
● Knowledge of configuration and customization of Production Planning functionality: Master Data Material Requirement Planning, Production Strategies, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, MRP.
● Experienced in gathering Business requirements from Clients and designing Functional specifications for Change requests/Enhancements.
● Integration knowledge of SAP PP with other modules like MES, EWM, MM, SD, CO etc. & Knowledge of basic debugging.
● Extensively contributed to end-user training, production support and Change Management.
● Understand the requirement of Data Migration for Master data and Transactional Data and upload in SAP with LSMW, LTMC etc.
● Involved complete lifecycle of data migration from Dev to Production.
● Worked on configuration and customization of Production Planning functionality: Master Data Material Requirement Planning, Production Strategies, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and MRP.
● Transaction and Master data are migrated to the new SAP system.
● Improve their business by migrating into a single system by de-duplication and Data Quality enhancement.
● Understand the requirement of Data Migration for Master data and Transactional Data. Supporting both Enhancement & Development Setting the Data loads time schedules and being responsible for the cutover activities.
● Knowledge of quality inspection, quality control, and Notifications.
● Experienced in gathering Business requirements from Clients and designing Functional specifications for Change requests/Enhancements.
● Integration knowledge of SAP PP with other modules like MES, EWM, MM, SD, CO etc. & Knowledge of basic debugging.
